So the basics are working. IT8951 documentation is lacking and overall panel has it's quirks, but at least it is working. Overall, I will be able to finish it in one more sitting, just some polish is missing from MVP.
Sadly, I broke panel while was dissasembling it to measure battery and compare it to adc values. But only part of it is damaged, so I can live with that.
