I decided to try an idea with my friend to work on a small side project not to deliver something but to have fun together. and it's very hard, my mind tries to come up with idea that could be a product but I deliberately want to make it as unusable as it could. and something really small. so we are be able to finish it in a year while working sporadically 2-3 hours per week.
will see how it turns out.
