that time of the year

here we are again. i need to focus on triggers, if i could find the right one, i will be able to interjack and use it for something that i want to do, and not something that my lower mind tell me to do. the point is: look for triggers, not for abstract demand from yourself to do things. you not doing it because attention is tricked into easy low dopamine channel not because you are weak or fail.

after finding the trigger the behaviour should be reenforced by stucking it with something rewarding such as drinking coffee.
